At My Urban Trail, we want you to love your outdoor-inspired fashion. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the product remains in resaleable condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
